What should I expect?
Expect to get sweaty, work hard, and have fun! Bikes are equipped with a small hand towel and set up with partitions between each rider (for COVID safety purposes).
How intense are your Spin classes?
All classes are designed for all levels. Instructors are there to guide the experience and make suggestions. Modifications will always be available. If you have injuries or health concerns, be sure to mention it to the instructor or email us in advance.
What do I Wear?
Dress in high-impact clothing you don’t mind sweating in. For safety reasons, we recommend tight-fitting bottoms.
What about shoes?
For best experience, we recommend wearing clip-in cycling shoes. Borrow a pair of ours, unisex from size 5-13, or bring your own with either SPD or Delta Clips. If you feel more comfortable wearing your own sneakers, toe cages can be added to your bike.
What else do I bring?
Staying hydrated is key, so bring your water bottle, which can be filled onsite. Please note we do not sell disposables, in line with our efforts to go green. Feel free to bring a change of clothes and a towel if you plan to shower afterwards!
When should I arrive?
We respect our riders and like to start on time. We ask first-timers to arrive 15 minutes early so we may set you up on the bike and studio properly. Other riders, please arrive 10 minutes before. Late arrivals will be permitted up to 5 minute after start time, but please give us a call so we can hold your spot.
What if I have sensory issues?
We love loud music, but also have earplugs if you don’t. The lighting remains mostly dark and changes throughout class, but does not use a strobe lighting system.
